System Requirements
PDQ Connect Web App
PDQ Connect is accessible by navigating to https://app.pdq.com from any up-to-date modern web browser.
Please note that if you encounter any unexpected page load issues, you may need to disable or add appropriate exceptions to any ad block or similar content-block extensions in use.
Agent System Requirements
In order to support the PDQ Connect Agent, devices must meet the following minimum requirements:
Windows
Operating System
Workstation: 64-bit Windows 10 or higher
Server: Windows Server 2016 or higher
The PDQ Connect Agent is not compatible with 32-bit Operating Systems
Hardware
Processor
Minimum: 64-bit Intel Pentium 1.0 GHz / AMD Athlon 1.0 GHz.
Recommended: Any modern 64-bit Intel or AMD processor, 3.0 GHz or higher.
Memory
Minimum: 512 MB RAM.
Recommended: 4 GB RAM or higher.
Storage
Minimum: 8 GB available storage.
Recommended: 8 GB or higher available storage.
macOS
Operating System
Actively tested and supported on the last 3 major macOS versions.
As of this writing, this is macOS Sonoma or newer.
The agent may successfully install and report in from older macOS versions, but we cannot guarantee ongoing functionality or feature parity.

Hardware
There is significantly less hardware variability on Apple macOS devices than on Windows, and you can generally install the agent onto any supported Apple macOS hardware.
As with any remote managed device, package installations will be subject to available disk space and resource limitations.
macOS devices with Intel processors are supported (as are user-created custom packages built for Intel processors).
PDQ-created macOS packages in the Package Library are built and tested for Apple Silicon devices only.
