The PDQ Connect Console is accessible by navigating to https://app.pdq.com from any up-to-date modern web browser.
Agent System Requirements
In order to support the PDQ Connect Agent, devices must meet the following minimum requirements:
Operating System
The PDQ Connect Agent is compatible with mainstream supported 64-bit Windows Operating Systems and macOS.
Workstations: 64-bit Windows 10 or higher.
Servers: Windows Server 2016 or higher.
The PDQ Connect Agent is not compatible with 32-bit Operating Systems
Processor
Minimum: 64-bit Intel Pentium 1.0 GHz / AMD Athlon 1.0 GHz.
Recommended: Any modern 64-bit Intel or AMD processor, 3.0 GHz or higher.
Memory
Minimum: 512 MB RAM.
Recommended: 4 GB RAM or higher.
Storage
Minimum: 8 GB available storage.
Recommended: 8 GB or higher available storage.
