Basic Report Examples

PDQ Connect Agent Version Report

For a report detailing the PDQ Connect Agent versions installed on your devices, select the following Device columns: Agent version, Hostname, Last seen.

Group by Agent version to organize the report by the agent version. When viewing the report, expand the grouped columns to display the devices with that version installed.

Because the PDQ Connect Agent is self-updating, the Last seen column will give an indication of why a device's agent version may be out of date.

The following optional Device columns will provide additional insight into the devices: OS, OS version, SP/Release, and When added.
