How to get started with PDQ Connect as a brand-new PDQ customer.
Purchase a Connect subscription via the billing portal
- Log into your PDQ account at http://portal.pdq.com/
If your team already has a PDQ account, log in with those credentials. If you're new to PDQ, you can create a new one here. We encourage using a common inbox/departmental email address for billing purposes, and adding individual user logins for the Connect product itself.
- On the 'Dashboard' page, select Buy now.
- Select Buy now on the PDQ Connect plan you would like to purchase.
Prices listed are per device, per year.

- Enter the number of devices that you would like to manage using PDQ Connect.
There is a 100-device minimum, and it is possible to add devices after your initial purchase.
You can either generate a quote or simply pay and activate your subscription immediately:
Please note that only one email address can be entered at a time. To send the quote to multiple email addresses, you can either enter each one individually or forward the quote.
- To purchase, select Checkout now - the next page will confirm the cost you’ll pay today.
If you prefer to pay via Net 30 invoice, please submit a ticket here with your quote number. Our team will then process your order and send an invoice for payment.
- Confirm your billing and shipping address details along with your payment information. You can save a credit card or link a US bank account.
- Click Subscribe to process your payment and activate your PDQ Connect subscription.
- Once your payment has been processed you will see a success screen. You will have the option to Launch PDQ Connect (or click here) to get started using your subscription, or you can go back to the billing portal dashboard.
