How to upgrade your PDQ Connect plan as an active PDQ Connect customer.

Upgrade your Connect subscription

1. Log in to your PDQ account at http://portal.pdq.com/.
2. On the Dashboard page, in the Connect section, click the Upgrade button.
   
   
   
3. Select the PDQ Connect plan you would like to upgrade to, and click the Upgrade now button for that plan.
   
   Note: Downgrading mid-subscription is not available. The cost to upgrade your subscription will be pro-rated based on the date you upgrade.
   
   
4. Confirm your updates and process your upgrade by selecting ‘Pay now’.
   
   If you have a card saved, that will be used to process your payment. If you need to update any of your billing information you can select the pencil icon next to your credit card information.
   
   
   
5. Once you have successfully upgraded your subscription you will have access to the new PDQ Connect plan features right away.
   
   If you prefer to pay via Net 30 invoice, please submit a ticket here and our team will process your order and send an invoice for payment.
