Adding New Devices to your PDQ Connect Subscription

Overview

There are two available methods to add devices to your active PDQ Connect account.

Add devices via PDQ Connect and true up automatically

Each device that you add to PDQ Connect by installing the PDQ Connect agent will count toward your license total. If you exceed your license total, the overage will automatically be added to your plan (once per month), prorated for the remainder of your subscription period. The prorated charge will be automatically billed to the payment method on file if applicable, or you will be sent an invoice.

See Connect Billing FAQ for details and examples.

Add and prepay for more devices via the billing portal

  1. Log into your PDQ account at http://portal.pdq.com/.

  2. On the Dashboard page, select Manage Subscription.

  3. Under your Devices count, click the button to Add more devices.
  4. Enter the number of new devices needed.
The cost of the additional devices will be pro-rated so their subscription ends at the same time as your existing subscription.

  5. You can now purchase the new devices immediately with a credit card / bank account, or generate a quote.

To Purchase the New Devices with a Credit Card / US Bank Account:
Select Checkout now - the next page will confirm the pro-rated cost you’ll pay today, as well as an expected yearly renewal cost. Click Pay Now to process your payment and activate the new devices immediately.

    To Order with a Quote:
Enter one email address that will receive the quote and select Email this quote.
Please note that only one email address can be entered at a time. To send the quote to multiple email addresses, you can either enter each one individually or forward the quote.

You can then go back to the page above to Checkout now, or, if you prefer to pay via Net 30 invoice, please submit a ticket here with your quote number.

Our team will then process your order and send an invoice for payment.
