Ask Our Docs
Ask our docs is a documentation search and conversational assistant.
The help icon in the bottom-left corner of the console just got some additional functionality. Instead of linking straight to the Help Center, it now opens a menu with a few options, including Ask our docs.
What it does
- Search PDQ Connect docs or ask questions
- Answers are sourced from our Help Center
- The window floats over the pages. Drag it, resize it, keep working while it's open
- Your conversation sticks around as you navigate between pages
What it doesn't do
- It has no knowledge of a user's environment. No devices, packages, groups, or org-specific data. It's strictly trained and knowledgeable on our docs.
- Persist when changing tenants or refreshing the page

Our ask to you
When you try it out, if a response comes back that doesn't make sense or is incorrect, the best way to help us improve is by using the thumbs up/down buttons on each response. That feedback helps us identify gaps in our documentation.
Help shape Connect AI features
We're actively developing AI tools in PDQ Connect and want your input. If you have feedback, feature ideas, or want to help guide the direction of AI in Connect, we'd love to hear from you.
