5/13/2026 - Live Device Process Monitor

With the new live device process monitor on the Processes device tab, sysadmins can now perform even more real-time actions on devices without the added hassle of having to remote into devices just to do simple things like ending a process. 

Previous to this update, the Processes tab was refreshed up to every 12 hours, resulting in process information being out of date. With the new improved process monitor, sysadmins can view information about currently running processes such as process name, CPU & memory utilization, and more. Sysadmins can also end processes - all in near real-time.

Accessing the Processes Monitor

The process monitor can be accessed while viewing a device, either by clicking the Processes tab or by clicking the new Processes icon next to the Deploy button in the top right-hand corner.

Ending Tasks

Processes can be ended by clicking the End task button on a process. Only users with the "Manage services and processes" RBAC permission have the ability to stop processes.

Refresh Rate

To keep systems performant, the process list shown refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
